Snowy Yosemite Elopement | Jordan + Blake
Jordan and Blake’s snowy Yosemite session is one I will never forget. As a Southern California girl, I have only photographed in the snow twice in my life! I have never photographed in a snow shower until this session! It was SO much fun I almost forgot how freezing it was.
Jordan and Blake are from Texas and wanted to come to Yosemite to celebrate their marriage and take beautiful portraits with the stunning backdrop of Yosemite. Little did we know that Yosemite in March would be a beautiful winter wonderland!
On the drive down there was only snow in the higher elevations, and when we dropped into the valley it was just slushy rain. We prayed we would wake up to snow for our session the next day and we totally lucked out! It is rare to be on the valley floor and be surrounded by snow this time of year. We were truly blessed and captured some absolutely dreamy photos! Jordan looked like a true snow queen. Don’t you agree?!
